STRAWBERRY ICE CREAM Recipe

STRAWBERRY ICE CREAM
Ingredients:
Strawberries 250 gms
Gelatin powder 1 tsp
Sugar ½ cup
Condensed Milk 1 cup
Milk ½ litre
Strawberrt Custard Powder 2 tbsp
Cream 2 packet
Method:
• In a pan, add milk.
• When boil comes add sugar and cook.
• Then add gelatin powder dissolve in water.
• After this, in a blender blended strawberries, cream, condensed milk ,gelatin and mix milk mixture.
• In the end, take it out in a bowl in freezer and wait for 6 hours.
