Ingredients for meatballs:
- Beef mince ½ kg
- Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
- Onion 1
- Salt , pepper as required
- All spice ¾ tsp
- Ground chickpeas 1tbsp
- Poppy seeds grinded 1tbsp
- Nutmeg, mace powder ½ tsp
Ingredients for filling:
- Onion, coriander as required
- Green chilies, ginger as required
- All spice ½ tsp
- Oil ½ cup
Method:
In a chopper add all the meatballs ingredients and grind, now after half hour add filling ingredients and give shape of meatballs. For gravy heat oil add onion, ginger garlic paste, salt , pepper, turmeric , coriander powder and yogurt roast well .now add meatballs and mix , add 1 cup of water cook for 15 min , lastly add coriander , green chilies and all spice and serve .
Ingredients:
- Potatoes cubes 4
- Boil green peas 1-1/2 cup
- Chopped onion 1
- Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
- Chopped tomatoes 2
- Whole spice 1tbsp
- Salt, pepper, turmeric as required
- Coriander, green chilies as required
- Oil ½ cup
- Rice ½ kg
Method:
Heat oil add onion, whole spice and fry, now add ginger garlic paste . now add boil tomatoes , salt , pepper and roast , now add potatoes till soft. Add more tare and rice till cook properly, lastly add green peas boiled , coriander green chilies give simmer and serve .
Ingredients:
- Mango pulp 1cup
- Sugar ½ cup
- Mint 6-8 leaves
- Lemon juice 2tbsp
- Ice as required
- Soda water 1glass
Method:
In a blender add all the ingredients and blend , serve chilled .
