Ingredients:
- Bread 5 slices cut into fries shape
- Oil for frying
- Milk 1 litre
- Sugar 1 cup
- Cardamom powder 1 tsp
- Orange food color a pinch
- Saffron ¼ tsp
- Screwpine water 1 tbsp
- Pistachios, almonds for garnish
METHOD:
Cut the bread in fries shape and fry golden, keep aside. Cook the milk with sugar, cardamom powder, food color and saffron until thick, spread the fried bread slices in a dish, pour the milk, leave it for 20 mins, sprinkle pistachio and almonds, serve hot or cold.
Ingredients:
- Spaghetti ½ packet boiled
- Carrot 2 cut in julienne
- Boil peas ½ cup
- Capsicum 2 cut in julienne
- Cabbage 2 cups cut in julienne
- Spring onions 3 cut in 1 inch pcs
- Tomatoes 2 cut into small cubes
- Chicken boneless ½ kg cut into tiny cubes
- Chili powder 1 ½ tsp
- Vinegar 2 tbsp
- Stock cube 1
- Chili sauce 3 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Ketchup ½ cup
- Soy sauce 2 tbsp
- Black pepper ½ tsp
- Oil ½ cup
- Crushed chopped garlic 1 tbsp
- French fries to serve
METHOD:
Heat oil, add chopped garlic with boneless chicken cubes, fry for 5 mins, add stock cube, seasonings, and sauces, fold in spaghetti. Lastly add green onion, mix well, serve in a platter with fries.
Ingredients for Seekh Kabab:
- Chicken mince ½ kg
- Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
- Green chilies 6 grinded
- Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
- Brown onion ½ cup
- Cumin roasted n crushed 1 tsp
- Black pepper ½ tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Tomatoes 4-5 sliced
- Lagan
- Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
- Green chilies chopped 3
- Mint leaves chopped 2 tbsp
Ingredients for Temper:
- Clarified butter ½ cup
- Crushed garlic 1 tbsp
- Roasted cumin crushed 1 tsp
METHOD:
Chopperize mince with all the ingredients from ginger garlic till oil, mix well, give dum of coal, make long seekh kababs. In a large lagan, spread tomatoes, cover the base of lagan completely, then spread seekh kababs on top of sliced tomatoes, cover it, cook on medium flame, keep shaking the pan from time to time, do not add a drop of water in this, lastly sprinkle chopped coriander, mint, green chilies, leave it on dum for 5 mins
METHOD FOR TEMPER:
Heat clarified butter, add crushed garlic, when light golden add crushed cumin, pour on seekh kabab and serve.
