Ingredients for Sweet Bread:
- Yeast 1 tbsp
- Sugar 55 g
- Warm Water 125 mL
- Flour 600 g
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Lukewarm Milk 250 mL
- Melted Butter 4 tbsp
- Eggs 2 units
- Chocolate Chip a hanful
For Savory Bread:
- Yeast 1 tbsp
- Sugar 55 g
- Warm Water 125 mL
- Flour 600 g
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Lukewarm Milk 250 mL
- Melted Butter 4 tbsp
- Eggs 2 units
- Roasted Garlic 1 tbsp
- Onions 2 whole, sliced
Sweet and Savoury bread Method:
1. Add all ingredients in a mixing bowl, and knead the dough until smooth
2. Add respective toppings and fillings, brush with egg wash
3. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30-35mins
