- Lemons 4
- Capsicum 3
- Bean sprouts 250 gm
- White pepper 1 tsp
- Sugar ½ tbsp
- White vinegar 2 tbsp
- Raisins 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Recipe Method
- Mix together sweet corn, bean sprouts and capsicum. Refrigerate it. Then add in lemon juice, white vinegar, ½ tbsp sugar, salt, 1 tsp white pepper and 2 tbsp raisins. Mix it and serve.
