Ingredients:
- Pasta (boiled) 2 cups
- Corn 1 cup
- Butter 1 tbsp
- Coriander 1 tbsp
- Lemon zest 1 tsp
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp
- Red chili powder ½ tsp
- Black pepper ½ tsp
- Chili sauce 1 tsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Chicken boiled 1 cup
- Onion (small) 1
- Yogurt 1 cup
Method:
Heat butter then add red chili, black pepper, chili sauce, salt, onion and lemon juice mix then remove from stove and pour in a bowl. Now yogurt, corn, boiled pasta and boiled chicken mix. Lastly add green coriander and lemon zest mix and serve.
Ingredients:
- Chicken mince ½ kg
- Butter 50 gm
- Potatoes ½ kg
- Carrots 2
- Capsicums 2
- Green chilies 250 gm
- Cumin seeds 2 tbsp
- Green peas 1 cup
- Chili flakes 1 tsp
- Bay leaves 4
- Turmeric powder 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic 2 tsp
- Onion 2
- Fresh coriander as required
- Oil ½ cup
- Tomatoes 4
Method:
In a wok, add mince, ginger garlic, chili flakes, salt, turmeric powder, cumin seeds and tomatoes, cook until the water dries. Meanwhile, heat oil in a saucepan and sauté the vegetables, until it is tender. Once it is done, add the vegetables in the mince mixture. Add bay leaves and green chilies and cover the lid for at least 10 minutes. In the end, add fresh coriander and serve hot.

- Potatoes (boiled) 4
- Cheese 100 gm
- Crispy fry 1 packet
- Carrot ½ cup
- Peas ½ cup
- Capsicum 1
- Onion 1
- Black pepper ½ tsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
Method:
Heat oil and fry all the vegetables. Then add boiled potatoes and mash properly. Now add salt and black pepper, mix well. Then add cheese and prepare the croquettes. Now in a bowl add half quantity of crispy fry and dissolve it with water and place the rest dry quantity in another bowl. Then dip croquettes one by one in the wet batter of crispy fry and coat them in the dry mixture. Lastly heat oil and fry the croquettes properly until golden brown. Serve.
