Ingredients:

  • Barley 1cup
  • Milk 1litre
  • Dates 10-12
  • Almonds as required
  • Pistachio as required
  • Clarified butter 2tbsp

 

Method:
Soak barley for 5-6 hours.now in pan add barley and milk,cook till it becomes thick.now add dates paste and clarified butter and cook for more thick.when it becomes thick then in last add almonds and pistachio.off the flame and serve.

Ingredients:

  • Flour 2cup
  • All purpose flour 1cup
  • Milk 3/4cup
  • Sugar 2tbsp
  • Oil 2tbsp
  • Salt as required
  • Clarified butter for frying

 

Method:
In bowl add Flour,All purpose flour,Milk,Sugar,Oil and Salt knead it nicely.now make balls and roll it. .make cuts in corner and give shape like cone.now again roll it and put in hot tawa.pour clarified butter and fry it.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken mince 1/2kg
  • Chopped onion 2
  • Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
  • Yougurt 1/2cup
  • Carom seeds 2pinch
  • Cumin powder 3/4tsp
  • Salt as required
  • White pepper 1tsp
  • Whole red chillies 6-7
  • Cream 2tbsp
  • Oil 1/2cup
  • Ginger slices as required

Method:
Heat oil and fry onion till it becomes slightly golden.now add mince with ginger garlic paste,salt,white pepper and red chillies,bhomify nicely.when water dries add carom seeds,cream and cumin powder,mix well.now pour in dish sprinkle ginger slices and serve hot.
