Ingredients:

  • Chicken breast 1 kg
  • Yogurt 250 gm
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric ½ tsp
  • Cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Chaat masala 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Chicken powder 1 tsp
  • Black salt 1/2 tsp
  • Onion 1
  • Tomato 1
  • Cheese sliced as required
  • Oil as required
  • Coal 1 piece

 

Method:

Hammer chicken breast put onion, tomato and cheese on chicken Roll the chicken Make batter with spices and yogurt, Dip chicken roll in batter, Grilled the chicken roulade Give smoke to the chicken. Chicken roulade is ready

Ingredients:

  • Boneless chicken cubes 1 kg
  • Capsicum 1
  • Onion 1
  • Carrot 2
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Chicken powder 1tsp
  • Soy sauce 1tbsp
  • Pomegranate juice 1 cup
  • Chopped garlic 4 cloves
  • Oil as required
  • Corn flour 1 tbsp

 

Method:

Add oil sauté chopped garlic now Add chicken and cook until tenders Add veggies and stir and fry now add salt, black pepper, chicken powder, soya sauce , pomegranate juice after that add corn flour and let it thicken
Pomegranate chicken is ready to serve with rice.

Ingredients:

  • Seekh kabab 1 packet
  • Flour 1cup
  • Oil for frying
  • Egg 1
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Chicken powder 1tbsp

 

Method:

Mix all the ingredients into flour Cut the kabab into peices Coat the kabab into egg and then into flour mixture
Fry the kabab
Kabab pops are ready.

Ingredients:

  • Sago seeds (soaked) 1/2 cup
  • Milk 1 liter
  • Condensed milk 1 can
  • Desiccated coconut as required
  • Chocolate 200 gm

 

Method:

Soak sago seeds for 30 minutes. Boil milk add sago let it cool
Then add condensed milk and chocolate and cook until thick. Finally, take out the prepared chocolate sagudana kheer in a dish and serve with crushed copra.
