Ingredients:
- Boneless chicken ½ kg
- Roasted, ground cumin 1 tsp
- Cayenne pepper 2 tsp
- All spice powder ½ tsp
- Shashlik sticks 6
- Carom seeds ½ tsp
- Yogurt 4 tbsp
- Red food color 4 tbsp
- Lemon juice 4 tbsp
- Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
- Chaat masala 1 tsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Nutmeg powder ½ tsp
- Butter (melted) 100 gm
Method:
In a bowl mix all the ingredients. Then place them onto the shashlik sticks and bake it in a preheated oven at 180 c. Lastly serve hot.
Ingredients:
- Jumbo prawns 1 packet
- Onions 2
- Green chilies 3-4
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Turmeric powder 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- All spice powder 1 tsp
- Coconut milk 1/2 cup
- Cardamoms 2
- Cloves 2
- Cinnamon 1 piece
- Mint leaves 4 tbsp
- Lemon juice 4 tbsp
- Tomato paste 2 tbsp
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Fresh coriander as required
Method:
Heat oil in a pan and fry the jumbo prawns. Remove and set aside. Then grind green chilies and onions. Now in a frying pan add the grinded mixture and cook well. Then add turmeric powder, salt, red chili powder, all spice powder, ginger garlic paste, coconut milk, cardamoms, cloves, cinnamon, lemon juice, tomato paste and mint leaves. Cook properly. Lastly add fried prawns and garnish with fresh coriander. Serve hot.

- White chickpeas (boiled) 250 gm
- Rice (boiled) 2 cups
- All spices (whole) 1 tbsp
- Onion 1
- Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
- Butter 50 gm
- Tomatoes (grinded) 1 cup
- Red chili powder 2 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder ½ tsp
- Green chilies 4
- Fresh coriander ½ bunch
- Oil ½ cup
Method:
Heat oil in a wok and fry whole all spices. Then add onion and ginger garlic. Fry well. Now add grinded tomatoes, red chili powder, salt and turmeric powder. Cook well. Then add boiled white chickpeas, green chilies and as required water. Cook properly until the water gets dried. Now cover and cook well. Then dish out and add butter and fresh coriander. Mix well. Lastly serve hot with boiled rice.
