Ingredients:
- Chicken drum sticks 8
- Tandoori masala ½ tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
- Coal to smoke
- Yogurt ½ cup
- Oil 4tbsp
- Meat tenderizer 1tbsp
- Salad leaves,tomato,cucumber,lemon to garnish
Method:
Cut mark on chicken drum stick and all spices mix then leave for whole night. then in a woke then do the smoke and garnish with garnish ingredient and serve.
Ingredients:
- Spaghetti boil 1cup
- Eggs 3
- Parmesan cheese 1tbsp
- Pasta sauce 1-1/2 cup
- Mozzarella cheese 1-1/2 tsp
- Black pepper crushed 1-1/2 tsp
- Oil 2tbsp
- Parsley 1tsp
- Chicken mince boil 1-1/2 cup
- Chili garlic sauce 4tbsp
- Red pepper crushed 1tsp
- Onion chopped 1cup
- Garlic crushed 1tsp
- Oil 2tbsp
Method:
Boil spaghetti and egg Wisk .then add parsley ,crushed black pepper ,oil and salt mix well .then heat oil then onion and garlic fry .then add chicken mince ,chili garlic sauce ,crushed red chili and mince add then add spaghetti .and then add pasta sauce ,mince and mozzarella cheese mix and do then two layers .finally add parmesan cheese add and sprinkling crushed red chili and parsley then covered with foil and bake till then set .

- All spice 1tbsp
- Coriander roasted 1tbsp
- Cumin roasted 1tsp
- Paprika 1tbsp
- Garlic powder 1tsp
- Turmeric 1tsp
- Red chili powder 1tsp
- Black pepper 10
- Salt 1tsp
- Ginger dried ¾ tsp
- Red food color pinch
