ingredients:

  • Beef pasanday ½ kg
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Tomato ½ kg
  • Lemon juice 4 tbsp
  • Crushed red chili 2 tsp
  • Crushed coriander 1 tbsp
  • Green chili 6
  • Cumin 2 tsp
  • Ginger 2 tbsp
  • Fenugreek seed 1 tbsp
  • Chaat masala 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Clarified butter 1 cup

Method:
In a pot heat the clarified butter, add in the pasanday, and fry the ginger and garlic. Add in 2 glasses of water and cook on low heat. Once that’s cooked add in the tomato. Now add crushed red chili, coriander, cumin, salt, fenugreek, ginger and leave to temper for 10 minutes. Switch stove off and add chaat masala, lemon juice, and green chili.

Ingredients:

  • Boiled yellow lentil 375 grams
  • Tomato 2
  • Onion 1
  • Ginger garlic 2 tbsp
  • Green chili 4
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Whole coriander 1 tsp
  • Red chili 2 tsp
  • Coriander ½ bunch
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Thinly cut ginger 2 tbsp
  • Oil ½ cup

Method:
In a pan add the lentil, 1 glass of water, turmeric and bring to a boil. Now add ginger garlic, cumin, whole coriander, green chili and slightly mash. Heat oil and brown the onions. Now add the spice mixture, tomato, red chili, salt, and turmeric. Now add in the lentil and let temper. Now garnish with the thinly cut ginger, coriander, all spice and serve.

Ingredients:

  • Boiled beetroot ½ kg
  • Crushed green onion 1
  • Lemon juice 1 lemon
  • Black pepper ½ tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Crushed black pepper ½ tsp
  • Coriander 4 tbsp
  • Lettuce 1 cup
  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Chili sauce 1 tsp
  • Tomato ketchup 2 tbsp

Method:
Cut all vegetables thinly. Now add into a bowl and add lemon juice, black pepper, salt, crushed black pepper and mix. Now add the oil, chili sauce, tomato ketchup on the vegetables and mix until well combined. Serve.
