Ingredients:
- Chicken mince ½ kg
- Yogurt ½ cup
- Papaya paste 1 tbsp
- Onion 2
- Tomato 2
- Potato ½ kg
- Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
- Fennel seed 1 tbsp
- Cumin 1 tsp
- Whole coriander 1 tbsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Red chili powder 2 tsp
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Nutmeg ½ tsp
- Mace ½ tsp
- Coconut 1 tbsp
- Curry leaves 6
- Oil 1 cup
- Green chili as needed
- Coriander as needed
- Coal 1 piece
Method:
On a pan cook the spices and grind. Add yogurt, spices mix, papaya paste, red chili powder, turmeric, salt, nutmeg, mace, coconut and mix. Add the yogurt mix and add in the mince and marinate. Heat oil and slightly fry the onions. Now add ginger garlic, tomato, potato and cook well. Add the marinated chicken mince. Give the coal smoke and add green chilies, coriander and serve with hot served parathas.
Ingredients:
- Red lentil 2 cup
- Boiled rice ½ kg
- Onion 1
- Tomato 4
- Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
- Cumin 1 tsp
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder ½ tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- All spice powder 1 tsp
- Mint 1 bunch
- Oil ½ cup
- Green chili 6
- Coriander 1 bunch
Method:
Heat oil and slightly fry the onions. Now add ginger garlic, tomato, cumin, red chili powder, turmeric, coriander powder, all spice powder and cook. Now add boiled lentil, green chili, coriander, mint and mix. Now add rice and let temper for 20 minutes, dish out and then serve.
Ingredients:
- Chicken ½ kg
- Tomato 250 grams
- Fried onion 2
- Kashmiri chili 4
- Turmeric powder ½ tsp
- All spice powder ½ tsp
- Red chili powder ½ tsp
- Lemon juice ½ cup
- Roasted cumin 2 tsp
- Ginger garlic 2 tsp
- Chili paste 1 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Green chili as needed
- Coriander as needed
- Oil ½ cup
Method:
In a blender add tomato, onion, Kashmiri chili, lemon juice, cumin, ginger garlic, chili paste, salt, red chili powder, turmeric, all spice powder and blend. In a pot add oil and fry the chicken, add the spice mixture and cook well together. Add 1 cup of water and cook for 30 minutes whilst covered. Garnish with coriander and green chili. Serve.
