Ingredients:
- Fish 1 kg
- Rice 4 cup
- Lemon juice 4 tbsp
- Oil 2/3 cup
- Fenugreek ½ tsp
- Curry leaves 15
- Whole Cumin 1 tsp
- Onion 2
- Garlic paste 1 tsp
- Tomato 2 cup
- Fish masala 1 tbsp
- All spice powder ½ tsp
- Green chili 4-5
- Lemon slice as needed
- Tamarind paste 2 tbsp
- To make the masala:
- Whole cumin 1 tbsp
- Fennel powder 1 tsp
- Whole black pepper 1 tsp
- Whole coriander 1 tbsp
- Dried red chili 8
- Kashmiri chili 1
- Whole spice 5
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Red chili powder 1 tbsp
- Carom seeds 1/3 tsp
- Fenugreek seed 1 tsp
Method:
Grind the spices together.
Ingredients:
- Milk 3 cups
- Custard powder 1 packet
- Green jelly ½ packet
- Red jelly ½ packet
- Colorful vermicelli 1 cup
- Cream 1 cup
- Pineapple 1 cup
- Dried fruits 50 grams
- Basil seeds 1 tsp
Method:
In milk add custard powder and cook. Once thick, let cool. Add a layer of jelly and then one layer of vermicelli. Repeat with the other jelly, garnish with pineapple, cream, basil seed and dried fruits.
