Ingredients:
- Seekh kabab ½packet
- Oil ½ cup
- Butter 2 tbsp
- Green chilies 4 cut julienne
- Onion 1 cup chopped
- Tomatoes blended 3
- Ginger garlic 1 tbsp heaped
- Salt 1 tsp
- Chili powder 2 tsp
- Coriander powder 1 tsp heaped
- Allspice ½ tsp
- Coriander leaves chopped ½ cup
- Capsicum 1 cut into tiny cubes
- Lemon juice ¼ cup
- Cottage cheese 200 gm
- Dried fenugreek 1 tsp
Method:
Heat oil on a skillet, add chopped onion, green chilies julienne, fry until slightly brown, add ginger garlic paste with blended tomatoes, cook for 5 mins, add seekh kabab with all the dry seasonings, cover and cook for 10 mins, add half cup water, cover and cook till mince tender, add crumbled cottage cheese, capsicum, fry well, add lemon juice, allspice, coriander leaves, serve immediately with paratha.
Ingredients:
- Beef boti ½ kg
- Crispy fry 1 packet
- Button red chilies 10
- Salt 1 tsp
- Garlic 8 cloves
- Ginger 1 ½ inch piece
- Water 1 ½ cup
- Potatoes 250 gm peeled and cut into pieces
- Chat masala 1 tsp
- Vinegar 2 tbsp
- Allspice ½ tsp
- Egg 1 beaten
- Coriander leaves chopped 2-3 tbsp
- Mint leaves chopped 2 tbsp
- Coal for dum
- Crispy fry 1 packet
Method:
In a pressure cooker put beef boti, whole button red chilies, salt, ginger garlic whole, 1 ½ cup water, cover and cook for 40 mins till beef half done, add in potatoes with chat masala, vinegar, allspice, again cover and cook till boti and potatoes are tender and mixture dry, remove and grind it on a sil, then add in egg, coriander leaves, mint, mix well, give dum of coal, make into crocket shape, put in the fridge for 1 hour then spread crispy fry. Shallow fry on high flame.
