Ingredients

  • Mango blended 2 cups
  • Whipped cream 2 cups
  • Caster sugar 3 ounce

METHOD
Beat cream stiff, fold in sugar, and fold mango puree, mix well, put in piping bag with star nozzle, and pipe into shot glasses, decorate glasses with mango balls or cherry with swirls of fresh cream, serve chilled.

Ingredients

  • Cleaned prawns ½ kg
  • Sela boiled rice ½ g
  • Brown onion ¾ cup
  • Mixed whole spices 1 tbsp
  • White cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Oil ¾ cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 ½ tsp
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Coconut milk ¾ cup

Ingredients for Green Masala

  • Coriander leaves ½ bunch
  • Green chilies 12
  • Desiccated coconut 2 tbsp
  • Dill ½ bunch
  • Lemon juice ¼ cup
  • Garlic 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 ½ tsp
  • Water ¼ cup
  • Boiled eggs for serving

METHOD
Heat oil, add brown onion with whole spices, whole cumin, slightly fry, add in ginger garlic paste, black pepper, salt, yogurt, fry well, add blended hara masala with prawns, fry well, remove when prawns done.

TO ASSEMBLE
In a pan put ¼ cup oil on the base of your pan with half cup water, then half rice, then prawns, top with remaining rice, leave it on dum, serve garnished with boiled egg.
