Ingredients:
- Frozen parathas 4
- Chicken boneless ½ kg
- Tikka masala 1-2 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Eggs (beaten) 4
- Tomato ketchup ½ cup
- Mayonnaise ½ cup
- Green chutney 4 tbsp
- Oil for frying
Method:
Marinate chicken with tikka masala, salt and black pepper. Then dip parathas in the beaten eggs. Now heat oil and fry the parathas well until golden brown. Remove. Then heat oil and cook the marinated chicken. Now on the parathas add green chutney, mayonnaise and tomato ketchup. Then add chicken filling. Lastly fold and cut from the center. Serve.
Ingredients:
- Rice (boiled) ½ kg
- Eggs (boiled) 4
- Yellow color ½ tsp
- Carrots 2
- Green onions 1 cup
- Capsicums 2
- Peas 1 cup
- Potatoes 2
- Cabbage 1 cup
- Tomatoes 4
- Onion 1
- Green chilies as required
- Fresh coriander as required
- Soy sauce 4 tbsp
- Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
- Black pepper (crushed) 1 tbsp
- Salt 1 tbsp
- Oil ½ cup
Method:
First heat oil and fry the vegetables. Then add onion, tomatoes, crushed black pepper, salt, ginger garlic and soy sauce. Sauté well. Now add boiled rice, boiled eggs, yellow color, green chilies and fresh coriander. Mix well and cover, cook for 15 minutes. Lastly dish out and serve hot.
Ingredients:
- Dried milk 2 cups
- Clarified butter 4-5 tbsp
- Cream 1 packet
- Condensed milk ½ cup
- Cardamom powder ½ tsp
- Almonds, pistachios (chopped) 50 gm
Method:
In a pan add all the ingredients and cook on a low flame. Once the mixture gets thick, grease the tray and add the mixture onto it. Spread it well. Now sprinkle almonds and pistachios. Lastly allow it to cool and cut properly. Serve.
