Till kay Kabab recipe by Zubaida Tariq is to be deliciously cooked at live cooking show “Handi” on Masala TV only.
Ingredients:
- Beef Mince ½ kg
- Coriander Leaves 1 bunch
- Egg 1
- Bread Slices 2
- Green Chilies 6
- Sesame Seeds (roasted) ½ cup
- Black Pepper (crushed) 1 tsp
- Seekh Kabab Masala 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
1. Make a paste with green Chili and green Coriander.
2. Chop together beef and bread slices and 2 tbsp seekh kabab Masala.
3. Add in chopped Mixture, egg. Crushed Black Pepper, salt. Sesame seeds and mix it.
4. Make kabab.
5. Shallow fry them till golden brown.
6. Till kay Kabab by Zubaida Tariq is ready to serve with parathas.
