Ingredients:
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Bay leaf 1
- Cloves 5
- Star anise 1
- Cinnamon stick 1 inch
- Onion thinly sliced 1
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Tomato, finely chopped 3
- Green chilies 5-6
- Carrot cubes 1
- Kashmiri red chili powder ½ tsp
- Turmeric ¼ tsp
- Salt to taste
- Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
- Mint chopped 2 tbsp
- Rice soaked 1-1/2 cup
Method:
heat oil add onion in pan cook till its turn red then add all spice. Add ginger garlic paste, tomato, carrot cubes and spices cook. Add rice water and rice cook. Add green masala leave for simmer.
Ingredients:
- Oil for frying
- Lady finger 1/2 kg
- Mutton 1/2 kg
- Onion sliced 1
- Tomatoes chopped 1 cup
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Red chili powder 1 tbsp
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Cumin powder 1 tsp
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- Green chilies 2-3
- Lemon juice 1-2 tsp
- All spice 1/2 tsp
- Coriander 4 tbsp
Method:
Cut lady finger from center fry well. Heat oil in pan, fry onion. Remove half lady finger. Add mutton, ginger garlic paste, green chilies, salt, turmeric, red chili and coriander cook well. Add a glass of water. Add tomato, cumin powder and all spice cook. For grave add water, lady fingers and green chilies cook for 2 to 3 minute and leave for simmer. Add green coriander, lemon juice and red onion, serve.
