Ingredients
- Milk 1-1/2 liter
- Sugar 1-1/2 cup
- Custard 2tbsp
- Tapioca 1cup
- Fruit cocktail 1tin
- Jelly 1packet
- Vanilla essence 1tsp
- Almonds/ pistachios 100gm
- Fresh cream 1packet
Method
Boil milk , now add Tapioca cook till tender , now dissolve sugar , and custard and add in tapioca & cook , now remove and cool , now add fresh cream , vanilla essence , fruit cocktail , and jelly pieces , , lastly dish out and decorate with almonds and pistachios & serve .
Ingredients:
- Chicken boneless ½ kg
- Boiled rice ½ kg
- Capsicum 2
- Tomato ketchup ½ cup
- Yogurt 4 tbsp
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Turmeric ½ tsp
- Olive oil 4 tbsp
- Onion 1
- Soy sauce 1 tbsp
- Mayonnaise 4 tbsp
- Food color 1 pinch
- Oil 4 tbsp
- Ginger garlic 2 tbsp
Method:
In chicken red chili powder ,salt ,turmeric ,olives oil ,yogurt ,ginger ,garlic and food color add and mix well .then covered it and cook .when chicken tender then remove it .now in second pan add 4 tbsp oil add and fry vegetables and then remove it .now in this oil add rice ,soy sauce and salt add and leave on dum for 5 minutes .now pour in dish then place chicken ,vegetable ,tomato ketchup and mayonnaise and green coriander add and serve.
