Ingredients:
- Milk 2 cups
- Flour 2 cups
- Egg 6
- Warm water 1 cup
- Butter ¼ cup
- Vanilla essence few drops
- Sugar 3 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
Ingredients for Frosting:
- Milky chocolate ganache 1 cup
- Dark chocolate ganache 1 cup
- White chocolate ganache 1 cup
- Butter melted 3 tbsp
- Whippy whipped cream 3 cups
- Mix fruits for decoration
METHOD:
For Crepe, in mixing bowl add all ingredients of batter. Grease the non stick pan and create all crepes from batter. Apply all 3 types of ganache. Add whipped cream in three ganache then add butter mix well. For cake layer 3 crepes one by one add all 3 frosting on cake. Decorate mix fruit on cake, serve.
Ingredients:
- Beef mince 500 gm
- Beef fat 100 gm
- Ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Onion chopped 2
- Green chili small paste 1 tbsp
- Sweet soda ½ tsp
- Papaya paste 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Red chili powder 1 tbsp
- Coriander powder 1 tbsp
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Whole spice powder 1 tbsp
- Thread 1
METHOD:
For kabab mix all ingredients in bowl. Grind twice in mincer and leave for 5 to 6 hour in fridge. Pierce in skewers tie with thread and barbecue them.

- Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
- Fresh coriander chopped 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Bread slices 1
- Corn flour 2 tbsp
- Red chili powder 1 tbsp
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Whole spices powder 1 tbsp
- Tomato Sauce
- Oil 3 to 4 tbsp
- Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
- Tomato puree 1 cup
- Salt to taste
- Oregano 1 tsp
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Clarified butter for shallow frying
For Serving:
- Kabab as required
- Pita bread or Naan 2 pieces
- Tomato sauce as required
- Melted butter 3 to 4 tbsp
- Fresh coriander chopped for garnish
METHOD:
For kabab, grind beef and all ingredients in chopper. Cover minced with cling wrap and freeze. Remove cut into fine sliced. Heat oil fry kabab well. For tomato sauce, heat oil and all ingredients cook well till sauce become thick. Decorate serving platter with pita bread and naan. Add kabab & tomato sauce. Add melted butter then add green coriander serve.
