Turkish kebabs
Marinating Ingredients
Beef minced 1/2kg
Bread slice 1
Salt 1-1/2tsp
Red chili powder 1tsp
Green chilies 2
Chopped Onions 1
Chopped garlic 2-3
Coriander bunch
Oil 2tbsp
Lemon juice 2tbsp
Eggplants 2
Yogurt 1-1/2 cup
Red chili powder ¼ tsp
Garlic paste ½ tsp
Potatoes 2
Bhaghar ingredients
Green chilies sliced 4
Whole red chilies 4
Oil 3 tbsp
Method
Marinate the beef with marinate ingredients for 30 minutes.
Shape the beef in to kebabs and shallow fry them
Now Slice and deep fry the egg plants.
Now mix the yogurt with salt, red chili powder and garlic.
For assembling spread the fried slices of eggplants and pour the yogurt over it.
Now place the kabab layer on top of yogurt egg plants.
Then spread the fries over the kebabs
Heat 3tbsp oil, add green chilies whole red chilies in a pan and pour it over the kababs.
