Ingredients:
- Whipping cream 2 cup
- Condensed milk 1 cup
- Vanilla essence 2- 1/2 tsp
- Yellow food color few drops
Method:
Beat cream well. Add condensed milk then add vanilla essence and yellow food color fold well. Pour in container for 2 hour and keep in freezer. Again beat well, cover with plastic wrap and keep in freezer for whole night.
Ingredients:
- Beef boiled 500 gm
- Rice boiled 400 gm
- Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
- Salt as required
- Red chili crushed 1 tbsp
- Red chili powder 1 tbsp
- Turmeric powder 1 tsp
- Whole hot spices 1 tbsp
- Green chilies 2
- Dried plum 3-4
- Whole cumin 1 tsp
- Coriander powder 1 tbsp
- Tomatoes 4
- Water as required
- Fried onion 1/2 cup
- Oil 1/2 cup
Ingredients for Simmering:
- Tomatoes as required
- Green chilies as required
- Lemon as required
- Green coriander as required
- Mint as required
- Yellow Food Color as required
- Nutmeg mace as required
Method:
Boil beef with ginger garlic. Mix yellow food color and nutmeg, mace in dum ingredients. Heat oil in pan add tomatoes cook. When it done add boiled beef, whole spices and ginger garlic cook. Add salt, crushed red chili, coriander, turmeric and dried plum cook. Add ½ cup of water cook. Grease the pan for dum. Add rice, yellow color, ready masala and dum ingredients leave for simmering for 10 minute. Remove and serve.
