Ingredients:
- Water melon cubes 3 cups
- Mint leaves 10-12
- Lemon flavor powder 5 tbsp
- Chaat masala ½ tsp
- Sugar 6 tbsp
- Ice 2 cups
- Chilled water 1 cup
METHOD:
Blend all together.
Ingredients:
- Boneless chicken ½ kg
- Yogurt 3 tbsp
- Chili sauce 4 tbsp
- Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
- Black pepper ½ tsp
- Garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Vinegar 1 tbsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Buns as required
- Mozzarella & Cheddar as required
Ingredients for Flour Mixture:
- Flour 1 cup
- Corn flour 4 tbsp
- Garlic powder 1 tsp
- Mixed herbs 1 tsp
- Parsley finely chopped 1 tbsp
- Crushed red pepper ½ tsp
- Black pepper ½ tsp
- Mix well and keep aside
Ingredients for Sauce:
- Mayonnaise 1 cup
- Chili powder ½ tsp
- Vinegar 1 tbsp
- Chili sauce 2 tbsp
- Ketchup 2tbsp
- Garlic powder ½ tsp
- Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
- Oregano ½ tsp
- Coriander leaves 1 tbsp
- Cream cheese 2 tbsp
METHOD:
Pick a piece of marinated chicken, coat in flour, press with your hands to stick the flour well, dip the coated chicken in a bowl of cold water, re-coat in the flour, deep fry till golden and crisp.
METHOD FOR SAUCE:
Mix all together.
TO ASSEMBLE:
Cut the bun from the center, apply the prepared sauce, put lot of cheese, mozzarella and cheddar mixed, bake in the oven for 2 mins till cheese melts. Now coat sliced tomato, iceberg/lettuce, fried chicken, teaspoon of sauce on each chicken, cover with the bun, spread butter on top, sprinkle some chili flakes, grill for 2 mins, serve with fries.
Ingredients for Dough:
- Flour 2-½ cups
- Instant yeast 1-½ tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Sugar 1 tbsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Warm water as required
Ingredients for Topping:
- Cheddar cheese ½ cup
- Mozzarella cheese 1 cup
- Parmesan cheese ¼ cup
- Sharp cheddar cheese ½ cup
- Garlic powder 1 tsp
- Onion chopped ½ cup
- Chopped coriander 2 tbsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Black pepper ½ tsp
- Pepperoni slices shredded 1 cup
- Oregano 1 tsp
- Pizza sauce ½ cup
- Cream cheese as required
- Tikka boti half packet
METHOD:
Mix all the topping ingredients in a bowl except pizza sauce and keep aside. Roll out the dough into two 8×8 inches squares, put one square on a baking tray, spread generously with cream cheese, put the second layer of dough on top of it, spread some more cream cheese, spread a layer of pizza sauce, now put topping over it, bake in a pre-heated oven on 180 D for 25 mins till cheese melts and dough is done, using a pizza cutter cut into small square pieces.
