Ingredients:
- Chicken minced ½ kg
- Onion chopped 1
- Yogurt ¾ cup
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- White cumin ½ tsp
- Butter 2 tbsp
- Oil 4 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Cream 4 tbsp
- Ginger finely chopped 1 tbsp
- Green chilies chopped 3-4
- Whole red chilies 5-6
- Mace nutmeg powder ½ tsp
- Coal 1 piece
- White cumin power ¾ tsp
Method:
In a tawa pan add onions, ginger garlic paste, oil and ½ cup water. Cook well until onions become soft. Now add chicken mince, yogurt, white pepper, whole red chilies, salt and cumin powder. Mix well. Then add more ½ cup water and cook until all the ingredients are combined well. Now add in butter, cream, nutmeg and mace powder. Cook and cover for at least 5 minutes. Then give coal’s smoke. In the end place in a dish and garnish with green chilies, ginger garlic and cream.

- Boiled yellow lentils 1 cup
- Spinach 1-1/2 cup
- Fenugreek 2 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
- Boiled chopped tomatoes 2
- Clarified butter ½ cup
- Mango pickled 1-1/2 tbsp
- Salt, red chili, turmeric as required
- Garlic chopped 1 tsp
- Chopped green chilies 2
- Whole red chili 3-4
- Bay leaves 6-8
- White cumin ½ tsp
Method:
In yellow lentils add spinach, fenugreek, salt, red chili, turmeric, boiled chopped tomatoes and ginger garlic paste add and cook. when cooked then mix well and add mango pickled and mix .when thick and dish out .now heat clarified butter and chopped garlic ,chopped chili ,whole spices ,bay leave and white cumin add and tempering on achaari daal palak .
Ingredients:
- Yogurt 1-1/2 cup
- Cream 4 tbsp
- Bananas 4
- Vanilla essence few drops
- Condensed milk 6 tbsp
- Strawberries 6-8
Method:
Mix yogurt, cream, vanilla essence and condensed milk. Add all fruits mix well and cool, serve.
