Ingredients:
- Whole chicken 1
- Eggs 2
- Vinegar 1 cup
- Bread crumbs 1 cup
- Salt 1 tsp
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Chili powder 1 tsp
- Meat tenderizer ½ tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
- Chaat Masala 2 tsp
- Mustard paste 2 tsp
- Soya sauce 2 tbsp
- Oil for fry
Method:
Marinate 1 whole chicken with 1 cup vinegar, 2 tbsp soya sauce and ½ tsp meat tenderizer overnight. Now marinate with 2 tsp mustard paste, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp chili powder, 2 tsp ginger garlic paste and 2 tsp chaat masala. Coat in 2 beaten eggs, lastly coat 1 cup bread crumbs and deep fry in hot oil.
Ingredients:
- Pan cake mix 1packet
- Butter ¼ cup
- Water as required
- Vegetable oil as required
Method:
In a bowl stir pan cake mix with cold water and make a soft batter , now pour slightly ¼ cup butter on pan cakes , now grease the skillet with vegetable oil or shortening and cook cake on medium flame , now turn it and cook for 1 min and serve .
Ingredients:
- Rice (boiled) 3 cup
- Nuggets ½ packet
- Cabbage 1 cup
- Capsicums 1 cup
- Spring Onions 1 cup
- Garlic (crushed) 1 tbsp
- Green Chili Paste 2 tsp
- Carrot (chopped) 3
- Soy Sauce 4 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Oil 3 tbsp
Method:
Heat oil add garlic and fry.
When aroma comes,boneless chicken and fry.
Add cabbage, capsicums, green chili paste, carrot, black pepper, salt and mix.
Fry for 2 minutes, Then add boiled rice, soy sauce, spring onion and mix.
Removes from the stove.
