Whole wheat Banana Bread is a wholesome blend of strawberry and bananas. Use ripe bananas to make these so that you can none of the bananas go to waste.

Ingredients:
- Flour 1 cup
- Whole wheat flour 1 cup
- Dark brown sugar 3/4 cup
- Baking soda 3/4 tsp
- Salt 1/4 tsp
- Toasted sesame seeds 1-1/3 cups
- Extra-virgin olive oil 1/3 cup
- Eggs 2
- Ripe bananas 3-4
- Yogurt 1/4 cup
- Grated lemon zest 1 tsp
For the glaze:
- Brown sugar 1/2 cup
- Icing sugar 1/2 cup
- Lemon juice 4-6 tsp
Method:
Mix together the flours, sugar, baking soda, and salt. Add 1 cup sesame seeds and combine well. Mix together the olive oil, eggs, mashed bananas, yogurt and zest. Pour the banana mixture into the flour mixture and fold with a spatula until just combined. Scrape the batter into a greased and lined loaf pan and bake at 180 degrees c until golden brown, about 45 minutes. Cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes. To prepare the glaze, whisk together the sugars and the lemon juice until smooth. When the cake is completely cool, drizzle the glaze on top of the cake, spreading with a spatula to cover, and finish with the remaining sesame seeds.
Ingredients:
- Paneer cubed 100 gm
- Green Chutney 1/2 cup
- Coriander Leaves 1/4 cup
- Mint Leaves few
- Salt ½ tsp
- Cumin Seeds ½ tsp
- Green Chilies 2
- Lemon Juice 1/2 lemon
- Chaat Masala a pinch
- Butter 1 tbsp
- raw mango finely chopped 1
- Toothpicks as required
Method:
Mix the green chutney, mint leaves, salt, cumin seeds, green chillies and coriander leaves. Add the paneer pieces and lemon juice. Mix well. Keep aside for 30 minutes. Heat butter in a pan. Insert a toothpick into each paneer cube and place it on the hot pan. Cook on both sides for a minute or until golden and remove. Transfer to a serving plate. Sprinkle chaat masala and garnish with the mango pieces. Serve immediately.
