Ingredients:
- Water 1cup
- Milk 1cup
- Evaporated milk ½ cup
- Condensed milk ½ cup
- Cardamom 4-5
- Saffron 2-3 strands
- Tea leaves 2tsp
Method:
Boil water add all three milks and all ingredients except saffron strands cook till boil lastly add strands and pour in cups and serve .
Ingredients:
- Seekh kabab 1packet
- Cheddar cheese ½ cup
- Onion rings 1cup
- Tomatoes 2
- Green chilies 2
- Mozzarella cheese ½ cup
- Coriander leaves 2tbsp
Method:
Heat 2tbsp oil in a pan and fry seekh kabab , now in sizzler put onions , kababs mix both the cheese with coriander leaves and spread on kababs put green chilies , tomato wedges on the corner grill till onion soft and till cheese melt .
Ingredients for white sauce:
- Butter 2tbsp
- Flour 2tbsp
- Milk 1cup
- Red capsicum chopped 2tbsp
- Green capsicum chopped 2tbsp
- Sweet corn 2tbsp
- Onion chopped 1
- Oregano leaves ½ tsp
- Chili flakes ½ tsp
- Salt to taste
- Grated cheese as required
Ingredients for instant noodles:
- Water 1-1/2 cup
- Instant noodles 1packet
- Sesame paste 1tbsp
- Noodles masala as required
- Oregano as required
- Chili flakes as required
Method for sauce:
Make white sauce , add all the Ingredients and seasoning and cheese and make sauce.
Method For instant noodles
Heat pan add water mix noodles and add masala , add oregano, chili flakes and all ingredients cook till dry .
To assemble:
Take short glasses add a layer of instant noodles , pour white sauce repeat the layer and garnish with capsicums and cheese and serve .
