Ingredients:

  • Rice 500 gm
  • Chickpea boiled 2 cups
  • Potato cubes boiled 2 large
  • Clarified butter ¼ cup
  • Onion sliced 2 medium
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Tomato puree 1 cup
  • Tomato slices of 2 tomatoes
  • Green chili small 4 to 5
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Chicken powder 1 tbsp
  • Saffron essence few drops
  • Yellow food color few drops
  • Coal for smoke

METHOD:
Heat clarified butter cook till onion becomes brown. Add ginger garlic paste fry well. Add tomato puree, tomato slices, green chilies, salt, red chilies and chicken powder cook till oil is separate. Add boiled rice, boiled chickpea, boiled potatoes and saffron essence. Give a smoke of coal. Add boiled rice and saffron essence, mix well. Heat clarified butter and pour on biryani for simmer.

Ingredients:

  • Beef with bones 500 gm
  • Oil ¼ cup
  • Ginger garlic 1tbsp
  • Onion paste ¼ cup
  • Yogurt ½ cup
  • Cream 2 tbsp
  • Whole dried milk 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • white pepper 1 tsp
  • Whole All spice 1 tbsp
  • Screw pine essence few drops
  • Nutmeg powder 1 pinch
  • Mace powder 1 pinch

 

METHOD:
Heat oil add ginger garlic paste fry well. Add beef cook well. Add water leave for simmer. When meat is done add onion paste, yogurt and all spice cook well till oil is separate. Add whole dried milk, cream, screwpine essence, mace, nutmeg cook for 2 minute leave for simmer.

Ingredients:

  • Mango puree 1 kg
  • Condensed milk 1 cup
  • cream 2 cups
  • Yellow food color few drops
  • Mango essence few drops

METHOD:
Whip cream well. Add mango puree, condensed milk, mango essence and food color mix well. Keep ice cream in air tight container and keep for 2 hour. Remove freezer mix with spoon and keep for 24 hour, serve.
