Ingredients:

  • Vermicelli 1 packet
  • Milk 3 cups
  • Sugar ½ cup
  • Cardamom powder ½ tsp
  • Yellow food colour ¼ tsp
  • Saffron as required
  • Clarified butter 1 cup
  • Almond, pistachios and coconut as required
  • Sterling Silver paper 1
  • Whole dried milk 125 grams

Method:
Roasted Vermicelli in clarified butter then add milk and sugar now yellow colour add and 2 to 3 time boil then covered it .after this cardamom and saffron when milk dried then silver paper apply finally add whole dried milk , Almond, pistachios and coconut mix and serve hot .

Ingredients:

  • Beef minced ½ kg
  • Red chili ½ tsp
  • Ginger 1 tbsp
  • Poppy seeds 2 tbsp
  • All spice 2 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Onion ground 2
  • Garlic ½ tsp
  • Roasted chickpea 3 tbsp
  • Mace, nutmeg ½ tsp
  • Oil as required

Method:
Blend all spices well. Mix in beef well. Grind mince and spices, form into balls. Heat oil add balls and cook on low flame for ½ hour. Dumpkhut is ready.

INGREDIENTS:

  • Strawberries 200 gm
  • Milk ½ liter
  • Cardamom ½ tsp
  • Yogurt ½ cup
  • Red squash 4 tbsp
  • Ice as required

 

METHOD:
Blend all the ingredients in the blender.
