Ingredients:
- Chicken 1 kg cut into 12 pcs
- Oil 1 cup
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
- Salt 1 ½ tsp
- Cashew nuts ½ cup
- Green chilies 12
- Coriander leaves 1 cup
- Cumin seeds 1 tsp
- Allspice 1 tsp
- Fresh cream ½ cup
- Turmeric ½ tsp
- Cream cheese 2 tbsp
METHOD:
Grind together cashew nuts, green chilies, coriander leaves, cumin seeds into a fine paste, keep aside. Boil chicken with salt and 1 cup water, cook for 10 mins only, heat oil and ginger garlic paste, fry till light brown in color, add the grounded paste, fry till oil separates then add the boiled chicken with stock, allspice, reduce heat, cover and cook for 15 mins, lastly add cream, remove and serve with nan or paratha.
Ingredients:
- Chicken mince ½ kg
- Salt 1 tsp
- Green chilies whole 6
- Potato (boiled and mashed) 1 large
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Egg 1 + 1
- Chili powder 1 tsp
- Water 2 cups
- Allspice 1 tsp
- Onion (chopped) 1
- Ginger garlic 1 tsp
- Coriander leaves as required
- Crispy fry 1 packet
METHOD:
Boil mince with green chilies, ginger garlic, chili powder, onion and water, cook till dry, remove chopperize with allspice powder, coriander leaves till smooth then add in black pepper powder, mashed potatoes, mix well, add 1 egg, make into flat thin cutlets, dip in beaten egg and fry.
Ingredients for Brownies:
- Oil ½ cup
- Dark chocolate (chopped) ½ cup
- Flour 6 tbsp
- Coco powder 1 tbsp
- Brown sugar ½ cup
- Salt a pinch
- Eggs 2
- Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Ingredients for Banoffee Pie:
- Digestive biscuits crumbs 1 ½ cup
- Melted butter 3 tbsp heaped
- Bananas sliced 4-5
- Whipped cream 2 cups
- Grated chocolate ½ cup
- Chocolate ganache 1 cup (for layering)
Ingredients for Toffee Sauce:
- Brown sugar ½ cup
- Butter ½ cup
- Cream ½ cup
- Condensed milk ½ cup
- Vanilla essence few drops
- Butterscotch essence few drops
- Corn syrup 2 tbsp
Ingredients for Ganache:
- Chocolate 200 gm
- Cream 1/2 cup
METHOD FOR BROWNIES:
Microwave chocolate and oil together till chocolate melts, add in brown sugar and eggs, beat till sugar dissolves, add in essence, flour, salt and coco powder, mix, pour in a 8 inch glass dish, bake on 180 D for 25 mins, remove, cool. Once the brownies are at room temperature, take a pyrex dish, press down the brownie slices into the base of pie plate, sprinkle with some milk.
METHOD FOR TOFFEE SAUCE:
Take all the ingredients in a sauce pan, put together till slightly thick, remove from heat.
TO ASSEMBLE:
Drizzle some toffee sauce over brownie base in pie dish, put a later of half the bananas over it, drizzle with some toffee sauce and some grated chocolate, mix biscuit crumbs with butter and sprinkle over the bananas, now mix remaining bananas in whipped cream, add essence, some toffee sauce to the whipped cream, spread a thick layer of this cream mixture over the pie plate and finally sprinkle some more biscuits, butter crumbs, grated chocolate on top and drizzle some toffee sauce and ganache on top.
Method :
Heat 200 gm chocolate with cream, microwave till smooth and shiny, serve the pie chilled.
